Solutions are developed using custom software, subscriptions to 3rd party services, and/or adapting a licensed version of an established software platform that CAST can configure to meet the needs of new projects. Leveraging this existing software platform (Re-TRAC Connect), CAST can develop, test, and deploy new solutions in a fraction of the time and at a much lower cost than is usually required to design and build software services.

In addition to the software platform, CAST also has access to the web-development, client support, and administrative teams of the company that developed Re-TRAC Connect (Emerge Knowledge Design Inc.). This “incubator” role played by Emerge is made possible because the same person – Rick Penner – is President of both companies.
